Radiant Health is Grant County's community mental health center and a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving Grant and Blackford Counties. Our vision is to be your trusted partner in life's journey toward well-being. For decades, Radiant Health has been a community partner, continually expanding and adapting services to address the changing needs of individuals and families. Today, we bring together behavioral health care, crisis services, substance use treatment, supportive programs, and community partnerships to create pathways toward hope, recovery, and stability.

Radiant Health provides comprehensive mental health, substance use, crisis, and supportive services to individuals and families throughout Grant and Blackford Counties. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic and community mental health center, we offer accessible, integrated care designed to meet people where they are. Our services include outpatient mental health and substance use treatment, crisis response, medication-assisted treatment, case management, residential and supportive services, peer support, and specialized programs for individuals experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and other barriers to stability. Through collaboration with community partners, we work to improve access to care, strengthen families, and help individuals achieve lasting health, stability, and recovery.
